Guarantee/Returns
If you need to return something, please send an email to info@secondscount.com within 7 days of
receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as
long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. There will be a 20% restock charge for
all returns. Also, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 7 business days from when your order was placed. Every effort is made to
maintain inventory levels, some orders may take longer to fill because of reasons out side of our
control. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. Some of our suppliers
ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
Shipping
S & S Products uses UPS Ground, DHL, FedEx, and postal service for most shipping within the United
States. We've found that these provides offer the best value and reliability for our customers. If you
desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most
destinations. There is additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day air and we would be happy to
discuss that with you.
We can not ship packages to APO, international, and FPO addresses.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Ohio (7%). This is due
to the fact that our corporate office is in Troy, Ohio. All other states are tax-exempt.
